Facilitation is key to the development of an individual, a group or an organization. Sustainable change needs to come from within, bottom up. But sometimes one is stuck; whether this is with ourselves, in marriage, in our family relations, or in the work setting. In these situations a neutral, external actor can make the difference to coach you and your team or facilitate the workshop or meeting. This means I will take care of the process so you can focus on the content.
With my ability to create a safe space without judgement, and with my understanding of ‘being stuck’, whether on an individual, group or organizational level, I can support you to move into the direction you choose. Throughout my career I have successfully facilitated a broad range of processes (conferences, workshops, annual planning sessions) and coached individual clients and teams in multi-cultural settings. Facilitating and coaching is my second nature. Listening, asking questions, practicing non-attachment are foundations of my work. I love this type of work. And I believe it actually is a concrete way to create change. Creating an enabling environment in which an individual, group or organization can reach its own potential. I’m trained through EthicalCoach and am an accredited coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have coached people from different backgrounds and on various topics – e.g. purpose in life, transforming suffering, job performance/search, expat life and leadership issues. You will always be behind the steering wheel and will decide what is discussed.
